How to check your DNS servers:
Windows NT/2000/XP –
Click on START | RUN and type CMD in the Open: field, then click OK. This will open a black command prompt window.
At the prompt type: ipconfig /all
This will show you lots of information about your network connection. Find the line that says “DNS Servers . . . “ (See Example). If that line contains any address beginning with 152.53.30 you will need to change your DNS servers.
The addresses 152.53.30.2, 152.53.30.10 and 152.53.30.11 must be changed to 64.147.222.10 or 64.147.222.11 (either one or both). Your DNS settings may be set on your computer, or they may come from your router if you have one. If you need assistance modifying your DNS settings, please call Skyrunner at 828-258-8562.
If you have an operating system older than Windows NT, such as Windows 98, and don’t know how to check or modify your DNS settings, please call us.
