How do I log onto the email control panel to change my email password, spam filter settings, or set up auto response messages?
Go to http://my.skyrunner.net and log on using your full email address as the login, and your email password. You will see a set of icons that allow access to various email services. See additional information below on adjusting Spam settings.
I am able to receive email, but am having problems sending it.
You need to configure your email client (such as Outlook Express) to provide authentication to your outgoing mail server. See instructions HERE.
